AWFUL AND CHEATING HOTEL IN ISTANBUL

Hello sir/madam. I inform you about this hotel , I have never seen in my life such a bad hotel and unpolite manager & Staff. They are trying to cheat the people and trying to get more money from customers. Today I booked a room in Golf Royal Residence. I took a taxi from airport to reach the hotel. When I came a manager of the hotel told me that my room was taken by another guest. He offered me another room for almost double price. He said that if you don’t pay extra you can’t stay in the hotel. Of course I refused. When you book your room in booking.com you see one price by when you come to make check in they say this room is not available and they trying to get more money! It was about 12 pm and he didn’t offer me another option that’s why I called to booking.com customer service. The customer service called them but they didn’t answer a long time. The manager was just sitting and laughting at my face till the customer service was waiting for his answer. I was waiting a lot on the line and was spent a lot of money also. Finally the customer service got their answer and the manager of the hotel said that he offered me another room for the same price. It was not true. The true is when I was on line with customer service and been waiting for a long time the manager said he ll give the room to me if I ll write positive feedback only. But I am against such business. I have been a booking.com’s client for a long time and always wrote truly feedbacks. The situation was awful. I never have got such a terrible service. The most disappointing thing for me is that the customer service supported the hotel and just canceled the booking. It was not honestly and that hotel will continue to cheat people. They were very rude and unpolite people , when I left the hotel they said very bad things about me. Dear guest please be careful of this hotel Anyway I found another hotel, paid taxi again and was there about 2 am. Feeling tired, sad and disappointed now.

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice.

I came last week with a colleague to congress that was held in the military museum. it is just in front of the hotel, so the location was perfect for us. Staff were very nice and helpful but some of them do not speak english. It is only 10 min. walking from Taxim square. there is a small refrigerator and a kettle for coffee. From the other hand we received the rooms without a window. No dining room, so you cannot eat there.

Hotel temiz. Calisan elemanlar ve Müdür bey cok cana yakin insanlar! Viyanadan geldim 17 gece kaldim sağolsunlar her konuda yardimci oldular vapur turu gezisi ayarladilar uygun fiyata hava limani transferimide özel vip araciyla uygun fiyata ayarladilar sagolsunlar! Das Hotel ist sauber und das Personal sehr sehr freundlich und unterstützten einen bei jedem Thema! Eine Schiffsfahrt auf dem Bosporus wurde zu einem günstigen Preis organisiert fand ich sehr toll! Der Flughafentransfer mit einem VIP Auto (Vito) wurde zum selben Preis wie ne Fahrt mit nem Standard Taxi organisiert! Ich war sehr zufrieden!

Ocağın ilk haftası geldim. Dört gün kaldım çok sıcak ve temiz bir otel idi gezilecek tüm yerlerin merkezinde idi ulaşım olanakları oldukça iyiydi. Harbiye askeri müzesine, Taksim'e, Cevahir alışveriş merkezine ve daha birçok önemli yerlere oldukça yakın bir otel. Ayrıca çalışan kadrosu oldukça iyi ve güler yüzlüydü çok memnun kaldım. Tavsiye ederim.
